Sennelier Soft Pastels are one of the world's largest chromatic pastel ranges and consist of high quality pure pigment finely grounded with a natural binder. The high quality composition of “à l’écu” pastels is the result of a perfect balance between binder and pigment. For gradient shades, increasing amounts of mineral fines are added, ultimately tending towards white. The exceptional brightness is the result of the pigment and of the natural mineral fines discovered by Sennelier in 1905 and that have been used ever since.
The manufacturing process of the Sennelier cylindrical pastel does not compress the paste and the pastel dries naturally in open air. The life span of a piece of work is guaranteed by the quality of the pastel, but also by the quality of the substrate. If a lot of overlapping is performed, it is preferable to fix between layers. Avoid, however, fixing the final layer too heavily, as the original tones will be lost.

Sennelier Oil Pastel Sets
The Sennelier Oil Pastel is a product that makes use of the components used in all Sennelier colours: top quality pigments, an extremely pure synthetic binding medium and mineral wax. The pigments are ground with an inert, non-siccative binding medium that does not oxidise and that has no effect upon either film stability or surface. This base is then mixed with wax (neutral pH). The balance of this mix provides Sennelier oil pastels with a unique unctuousness and a creamy texture that allows for a great deal of freedom in pictorial expression.
The Sennelier Oil Pastel possesses an extraordinarily high pigment content, thus providing it with a high colouring and covering potential, excellent brightness and a high degree of light stability (with the exception of metallic and fluorescent shades).

In 1949, Parisian painter Henri Goetz approached Henri Sennelier, the famous artist materials manufacturer, about creating a wax color stick for his friend Pablo Picasso. Picasso, a long-time Sennelier customer and a frequent visitor to their store across the street from the Louvre museum, was looking for a medium that could be used freely on a variety of surfaces without fading or cracking.
Their collaboration produced the incomparable Sennelier oil pastel.

White Nights Kolinsky & White Synthetic Mop Brushes
The White Nights watercolor product line is produced in Russia by Nevskaya Palitra, a company with nearly 100 years of tradition in the art world, and with materials used in important restoration works of Russian artistic heritage, such as the Hermitage Museum, the Cathedral of St. Basil and the Kremlin.
These brushes are the junction of the new generation of Japanese synthetic bristles, with natural ones. Having a mixed brush, there are a number of advantages of both worlds: like having more elastic and soft bristles at the same time, which allows you to keep the tip always thin, retain water and ink for longer and longer use.
In addition to the technology, the bristles are securely attached, tied and glued after manufacturing. The handle of the brush, on the other hand, has a beveled tip, which can be used to create both special effects in the work and to assist in separating glued sheets.

Turner Acrylic Gouache Colour Sets
- Turner Acrylic Gouache are opaque paints which dry quickly to a matte finish. Manufactured in Japan, they are colored with extremely finely-ground pigment and have a fluid consistency which enables an even spread of uniform color across large areas. They can be used with regular acrylic mediums (such as Golden mediums) and thinned with water. Once dry, they are water-resistant, which means they can be applied in multiple layers without bleeding.
- The colors are quick drying and water reducible (2:1 paint to water), yet water-resistant when dry. Because of the low amounts of binder in the paint, there is little to no color shift when dry, resulting in brilliant final artworks.
- All colors are opaque and dry to a velvety matte finish.
